Career First Nexus uses Paddle.com as its online reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, sales tax / VAT, invoicing, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds on our behalf.

What this means for you

• Your purchase is processed by Paddle, and the charge on your bank or card statement may appear as Paddle (e.g. "Paddle.net*CareerFirstNexus").
• Paddle issues your receipt / invoice and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes in your country.
• Refund requests are handled by Paddle in line with our 30-day Refund Policy.
• For payment, billing, refund, or invoice questions, contact Paddle at paddle.net or email support@careerfirstnexus.com.
